2013 Kansas City Marathon – Estimated Passing Times

This web map contains the 2013 routes for the full- and half-marathons taking place Saturday, October 19th as part of the annual Waddell & Reed Kansas City Marathon.

You can use the time slider functionality to see when route segments (roads) will be affected by runners. This web map was built by KC Mapping & GIS using information obtained at http://www.kcmarathon.org.

Roanoke Park

In response to the 32,767 persons who wondered which KCMO park is depicted in the earlier post titled Park Relief. The answer is Roanoke Park.

The park, which is within walking distance of the KC Mapping office, lies just east of State Line within the historic neighborhoods of Volker, Coleman Highlands, and Roanoke.
