The crime data used in this map created by KC Mapping & GIS was provided by data.kcmo.org. Other than changing a few field names and filtering what information is contained in the popups, the data has not been altered.
It’s overkill on the boundary thing, yes, we know. But we’re experimenting with ArcGIS online, and the results are positive.
